Refusal to refund fee

The corporation guaranteed to return their charge for promoting our timeshare. We decreased our value many times within the 24 months shown together. They never approached us having a customer. We ultimately decreased it to $1,000.00 and offered it independently ourselves for $1,500.00. The agreement mentioned they'd return the charge if we offered it within 20% of the selling price. After I required a reimbursement they stated that it had been 20% of the initial selling price. IT WAS NOT mentioned within the agreement
