I got out a mortgage with GMAC Mortgage in 2001. Once the preliminary cost deadline was near used to do not get a declaration. In 2008 I examined my credit history and discovered GMAC have been and was still delivering damaging reviews towards the credit rating agencies. I contact GMAC and requested this be fixed.
