We approached Ledge Tale whenever we were buying townhome to lease. He discovered one for all of US, required our 1st, last and protection cost, and cashed the inspections. 1 week later he let's realize that the offer had dropped through. Whenever we requested for the money-back, he could not provide everything to us as HE'D SPENT HIS FEE CURRENTLY! It has been annually today and he is repaid all-but $400.00. We've not noticed from him since JULY... More than 8 weeks before!!
