Keeping money sent to them in erro

In January/09 I retired and received a lumpsum. I applied the cash to repay charge cards. I created an error and delivered $8300 to National Mortgage rather than the charge card. I named AHMSI in January/09 to recommend them the cash was submitted mistake, I had been informed to send a bank record along with a notice detailing what occurred and also the cash could be delivered in 48 hours. After 5 times the cash nevertheless hadn't been delivered, I named again and was informed I'd to refax the exact same info and also the cash could be returned on Mar 3. Cash nevertheless not delivered on Mar 3, and was requested to send the data again. I'm informed they CAn't tell me after I can get my money, it's mar 6 I still don't have my money
