Terrible company

They got my first weeks hire and 8 weeks deposit, before they actually had a rent for me personally to signal. I've only discovered this is illegal in California. I subsequently discovered exactly what a rip-off their qualities were. Almost all their leases are a large laugh.

I asked for my money-back, I'd not authorized anything. It had been four times of nightmare before I noticed something back. I gave them money and the official bank check.

The rental broker, Tim Doyle stated it'd consider 3 times to obtain me a check since evidently just his sibling might signal them-and she was outoftown.

While she did return, she explained she couldn't provide me the cash till she understood without a doubt the resources were secure in her consideration.

Bear in mind that I offered them the official Lender check from my lender plus they got the resources immediately. She'd the cash resting in her consideration with a right face explained that she was concerned about fraud. They're the criminals.

5800 pounds of my income was withheld. I experienced nightmare looking to get it back. Returning and forth between 4 banks and over 50 miles!'
