I've been not able to talk to anybody at Escape to Heaven for over annually. I sent (949-679-7430) them a notice of criticism and connected a "Rip-Off Statement" in September. Nowadays is 02/27/09, and that I have gotten no reaction. The supervisor, Betty, was open to consider my calls until she got my creditcardnumber and $500 bucks. How to proceed?
