This large financial company positioned difficult questions on my and my spouseis credit history WITHOUT OUR AUTHORIZATION as well as in the clear presence of PUBLISHED DIRECTIONS that it avoid doing this.

In October of I posted my and my spouseis private information to lendingtree.com, who evidently supplied my info for this mortgage broker. After having a tough request positioned on both my girlfriendis and my credit history, I had been approached by the corporation. After I approached the organization to see them the questions were improper, unauthorized and unlike my particular directions, I came across the consultant to whom I talked to become rude, inattentive and dismissive. Moreover, She declined to truly have the credit request eliminated, requiring the only situation under which she might achieve this could be when the request was an 'mistake.' She stayed dismissive after I told her this was worse than a mistake which it had been the misuse of the private info.
