A waste of money

I've been a person of HMS for quite some time, and each time I take advantage of them, I'm annoyed by their horrible customer support and sluggish reaction times. They feed on people’s worries, but I'll not be target for them any more. I reside in a of 25,000 people. There are many of restoration businesses in my own phonebook. But each time I contact HMS having a state, it appears they just have one fix organization in the region, which organization is reserved. I've requested them many times to function to possess more companies arranged, however they haven’t. Nowadays, the client support representative I talked with called “Quantina” explained they just have one company in my own region. I expected her why don't you more, and her reaction was “A large amount of businesses don’t need the trouble of coping with us. They'd instead focus on their own.” Well, when they go through the same worries with HMS that I actually do, I will realize why. So here I stay having a plumbing flow with no one below to repair it. Meanwhile, HMS has got the $450 I settled them for my agreement and hasn’t accomplished something to ensure I obtain the regular support I deserve. The one thing I get from their guarantee is just a promise I'll be discouraged.
