We settled all costs in cashier's inspections to reestablish our mortgage by contract provided. Trustee approved funds and submitted the lending companyis check to National Mortgage that evening. Three months later, I discovered they hadn't approved the cost (stated it had been in "the incorrect quantity, " that was incredible since it was the precise amount we were directed to pay for).
