Fraud and cheating

I'm an initial time buyer. I imagined Jim Walter was advisable, but son am I wrong! Our mom often stated what seems great often is not. I wanted I'd took her guidance.

I bought a reclaimed home in 2006 thinking I will steer clear of the trouble of companies and also the like. Everything appeared good after I looked over the house. Our broker Chris Little was really nervous to obtain us to signal the paper-work declaring that another person was asking concerning the home aswell. I had been nervous aswell since we were displaced by Hurricane Katrina, and myfamily and that I was fed up with residing in a F.E.M. A truck.

Many weeks after we shifted in they stated that our air conditioner hasn't mine but another homeowners. Bob stated that it wa incorrectly positioned on our home. We suggested about we closed a by having an AC, Their remark was he couldn't do something about this. Therefore, we'd to buy a brand new AC using the presumption the might pay us (still waiting).

In July we obtained a notice declaring that WM has bought some insurance for all of US. We're with Best Insurors and our policy cost was not due till Oct (we're upto-day on plan, we spend annual). 24 hours later we obtain statement that states we all know 900 simply because they buy insurance. They stated that they provides us an to buy additional insurance before our plan is up with Best Insurors.

And So I went a additional insurance with another organization. I did so it in October. Well, they ended Best but with that insurance they buy through WM they quit a stability of 178, plus they expect me to pay for it. I told them no. Well, each month from March they've been tacking on costs also it have now been playing with my cost. It appears regardless of howmuch I submit I'm still behind.

I've been getting calls from Bob and he's had an extremely unpleasant attitude. No he's threatened foreclosure. It has been an event I actually donot wish to replicate. The corporation are scammers who have to be released of company.
