Conflicting information

Have now been attempting to use OCWEN since April of the year to complete a kRe-fund. They keep providing me another solution every time I contact and also the issues I'm informed may happen don't; i.E. You wil obtain documents from the 18th etc; they nexzt period I contact they inform me no such rewrites have now been accepted yet. It has been happening for six months and that I have today obtained forclosure documents plus they are returning my payments. Itis extremely difficult to keep in touch with a genuine individual and also the saving gets into a group. I've to adnwer that I actually donot have SS or mortgage# open to keep in touch with a genuine individual.
