We first shifted in in July and immediately the swamp cooler wasn't functioning. Honest enough we simply shifted in we will reduce them some slack. Except whenever we required somebody emerge to repair it, it got them per week 5! Absurd. Next our machine wouldnot strain and our removal wouldnot function and our bathroom wouldnot eliminate. Required somebody emerge again, this time around it got over fourteen days and numerous demands for restoration. The newest, & most definitely not the final, event was when our heated water heater quit operating, within the winter! To date it's been nearly fourteen days plus they nevertheless have not set it. Obviously the three preservation people they've do not work breaks so we are compelled to hold back until Friday, in the earliest. Even while we're paying rent entirely and promptly, however we're not obtaining the providers we purchase. Absurd! I'd like lots of payment for the problems, or even subsequently on Friday I'm employing a lawyer and sueing for that MONEY-THEY owe ME.
