Increased monthly dues

We received a notice today declaring our regular fees are now being elevated from $130.00 a month to $155.00 per month. To challenge this 80% of homeowners should attend a gathering planned for December 1 at 2:00pm. First, our panel is producing bad choices. We're the main state in foreclosures. The panel is changing gardening that people don't require. Something being performed isn't required. The panel users are obvioulsy on the strength egotistical journey. Not everyon may attend a gathering at 2:00 within the morning once they function. What's it that people may do with an exam completed of the publications, as numerous people homeowners, are generally not feeling confident with cash and where it's being designated. Additionally, how can we quit our due from being elevated so much.
