The corporation is attempting to drive us to pay for $1500,00 evaluation costs we were never informed to ensure that us to vote about it. They never offered us bylaws whenever we bought it. We were youthful and silly in those days and did not understand we ought to have gotten them. I've read-many sites of several laws they've damaged. Wishing to obtain a class-action suit against them.
