After paying 65K down on a 212K mortgage for 2 years with no late payments nor any decrease in the principal owed (except $500), these predators started another ARM at a higher rate (8.375%) offering me no chance to ever pay off this loan by using a new ARM restarting the interest at the top every 2 years. They offer no phone numbers to talk with anyone nor any web address to complain.instead of offering me help after my house has been de-valu3ed by about 50% (from 212K to 113K after an appraisal two weeks ago), these sharks offer only a study in unabashed greed!
