Do not signal that agreement! After they got you closed they know you're locked in. They're rude, violent and un-professional. They rip you off around they could. You leave your life savings to their hands wishing they can help you hire it out and look after it and so they can care less. They'll take around they could from the rental check and expect one to not question them as you have locked yourself to their agreement. They never do what they've told you, they simply let your home sit there while you pay your mortgage!
