Increasing maintenance fees

Much to my regret, I bought a-1 BR "apartment" at Velas Vallarta. Besides obtaining obtained to get a large amount of cash for that purchase, I'm today stuck having a preservation charge that's developing quicker compared to agreement permits. The agreement claims in term "Seventh": Maintenance costs "might not improve by significantly more than the percent escalation in the customer cost indes from Sept to Sept of every year as printed from the Banco de Mexico, without the proportion of decline within the Mexico peso from the U.S. Money for that same period of time."

I checked the numbers. Because my agreement started (2 years), the escalation in the Asian CPI (the "UDI") hasbeen 7.67%, and also the peso has devalued 1.45%, therefore my maintenance costs must have developed by 9.12% over two years. Actually, my maintenance costs have elevated by 12% over that period of time. The 4.34% unjustified mark up (to date) quantities to $34 extra costs plus 17% duty or $39.78 every year times 24 years. That is nearly $1000 more that I'll be spending without any validation within the agreement with no responsibility about the area of the resort.
