Don't rent from their website. Not just would be the flats expensive for what-you're obtaining, preservation is seldom resolved. Furthermore, the team that works there's rude. I've had the telephone hung-up on me numerous occasions, informed that answers are needless, have observed improper attitudes towards others, and had them answer the telephone as JIMMY JOHNS. College Team is wholly unprofessional, particularly Cindy who's uncooperative and excessively challenging to successfully talk to. She's the one which regularly weighs on tenants. They've had more than 60 issues filed against them!
