Maintenance Issues

Our problem is preservation problems. Since I have have transferred in in January, there has been several preservation issues that I've raised towards the workplace and also have never been looked after. One main concern may be the rats issue. I've been informed 3 times since insect control is being released plus they never come. I've purchased some barriers myself and also have removed an overall total of 7 dead rats within the last 8 weeks. Another main problem may be the AC that does not work. I've recommended work the summertime climate is arriving and that I however have AC. When I stay here composing this, the work drips from my forhead using the thermostat studying 98 degrees. I've two young children which have been really ill for that previous week, with 101 level conditions plus they do not drop. Just how can they, resting in a home that's almost 100 levels! I've overlooked a lot of function to become together and that I cannot afford it anymore. I'm simply fed up with the lies. I've not gotten any kind of option to this issue, not really an easy apology. Please support!!
