My name is regina walker I too once was a tenant of lobos properties. I use to rent a place called oak manors place. It all started when my water tank busted and flooded everything in my house was damaged. I called the office to tell them I needed someone to come out to fix it but no one showed up. I went a whole month without a watertank. I called the health department to come out that's when they decided to come out and fix it. They didn't replace any of my damaged belongings they said that's my problem and hung up on me. Then my home became molded once again I called to have someone come out no one showed up. I called the health department out to check the problem they contacted lobos and no results. My daughter who has severe asthma became very ill due to the mold growing in the house was hospitalized. The health department came out 4 more times then lobos decided to come out only because they was being sited due to the condition of the apartment. Once the health department left ron had the maintenance men paint over the mold with white paint. The mold got worse and the apartment was falling apart even more. Lobos has taken me to court many times for their wrong doing as far as rent and damages. I would send my rent in a money order by mail they always claimed they didn't receive it and now they are trying to say I owe them a large amount of money. I think someone should call the news to investigate lobos management for there sneaky wrong doing. They are slum... I also think that there should be someone who can do something about lobos... And that ron and lori...
