Predatory Practices

We refinanced in August. We had a no-doc, 3yr arm, 9.67% loan, 85%LTV. We were told in six months we could refi again and get into a more affordable loan (lower % rate), credit score would be better, (as we are self -employed). We thought were dealing with reputable lenders, as opposed to brokers, it sounded great. 6,7, and 8 months we made payments on time to insure are new refi, only to find out there are no programs according to Nationstar that fit our niche. After collecting docs to start some sort of negotiating w / Nationstar I've noticed bank statements were altered. Now we are forced to put our house on the market, (good timing) I'm looking for other people that have been duped by Nationstar in hopes of some sort of class action.
