Corcoran Rich Amundson is one of the best people there

I was referred to Rich Amundson by a friend a few weeks before I relocated to New York City for a job. I had a somewhat decent budget, but I knew I was going to be disappointed by just about everything I saw since NYC apartments are notoriously tiny. If it wasn't for Rich's patience and the personalized attention he gave me throughout the stressful experience, I would not be in the amazing rental I live in now. He spent a lot of time responding to my personal needs and requirements of my apartment, and he must have answered over 50 questions I had about the building, the neighborhood and the apartment itself. He was very knowledgable, but the thing I liked most about him was his non-pushy attitude. I genuinely felt like he cared about putting me in a positive situation more than making the deal. All other brokers I dealt with before Rich acted like making money was the most important thing to them, and they rushed me through the process and pressured me with each place they showed me. He is unlike most real estate salespeople in that he goes above and beyond his duties even though he's juggling many clients at once. I have already referred him to three friends of mine who have moved to NYC since, and they all had a pleasant experience with him.
