My name is Shelly and I went to have my hair cut at this beauty palor located in "Cross Roads Shopping Plaza". The person who cut my hair left big holes on the sides and the back was in a DA and all crooked. I just wanted a trim. When I got home I was so upset I called them up and they said to come back. When I went back in order for them to fix this horrible mess the manager had to cut my hair even shorter!: (They did not offer me a refund or anything. I work for a large company and will be informing all not to ever visit this place.
