I hired no limit contracting inc. To do a complete renovation of my 1 bedroon apartment. There was NO LIMIT to the amount of mistakes they made. It's been almost 5 years now and all the work they did is starting to fall apart.

Pros:

-Initial price was low and fair. Soon went up after they attempted to fix mistakes.
-They showed up every day.
-Kieth, the owner seemed to want to do a good job but had a nearly useless crew.

Cons:

-Keith hires illiterate, illegals off the street who don't know how to use a hammer... Let alone a tape measure. All the work is shody and looks like it was done by a child. Nothing fits right, corners are not square, door frames don't reach the floor.
-The idiot Keith used to do the painting NEVER once used masking tape. There is paint all over the place.
-They rented a sander to re-do the wood floor and didn't seem to know how to use it. Deep gouges in the wood. They didn't properly clean the floors before applying the polyurathane so no it feels like sandpaper.

They pretty much suck.
