No respect for your property -- keep looking

No respect for your property - been "on edge" for some time now with the utility vehicles, maintenance they've brought in, often just sitting on the property for long periods of time. Coming right up to doors and windows -- can be a full-time job trying to keep them at bay. They seem to think this gives them the upper hand. Recently a representative stood outside the door and watched it to show how "tough" they are, I suppose. What a bunch of losers. They edged a neighbors lawn leaving an overgrown bush across their walkway and sit around the complex-- instead of sweeping the debris they lay around the complex and circle the complex. What am I supposed to think they are doing? It's harassment.
