We used servepro to rectify damage after a broken sewer pipe in our building. They charged thousands of dollars to clean up and rectify mold. How could mold grow in one day? That was several years ago. We are now selling to property. I went into the basement to clean out items and noticed huge bags that I did not recognize. I opened it up and it was the items that they were supposed to destroy because of said mold damage. They left the moldy items in the house. Then I found the carpet they ripped up and the mops that they used. I called the office spoke to al kinds of people with no offer to come and rectify. I had to hire a private hauler to remove the items costing hundreds of dollars. Use their service with great caution. Not to be trusted.
