Had a new home built by Mungo Homes on one of their lots. During the lot clearing process they left 3 trees. We have been in the home now for 3 months and all three trees left from the original lot clearing process are now dead from disruption of the root system.
I contacted customer service to ask for "assistance" in taking down the dead trees. Mungo said that they are not their responsibility any longer and would not help. You would think that when you invest over $300,000 in a home, a builder would have understand why I'm upset about having to pay for removing of these trees when they were damaged during the lot clearing process.
They are just concerned with selling the house and getting on to the next one.
