Found an item online that I liked. I drove about 35 minutes to the Lowes that they had 2 in stock. When I got there they were both gone. The man that helped me said that another store took them earlier in the day. It would have been nice to have updated the computer right away. He said they did but when I check before I left they were still available. Needless to say when I got home they changed it. Now I have to pay $99.00 to have them delivered from a store about 30 additional miles away. It would have been nice if he offered to check to see what other stores they had them available in. I would have driven the extra miles from there to avoid a delivery charge. If I had time to wait for them to be shipped in to my local store I would have because the customer service is better. I hope I made the right choice to pay this delivery charge.
