Beware of Shipment Procedures - Home Deco Items

Dear Potential Crate & Barrel Customers,

If you are thinking about ordering a gift for any occasion, think twice about the shipment policy for Crate & Barrel: even though there is an option to ship "all items in one package, " beware as they do not follow these explicit guidelines. I was ordering a housewarming gift for a friend and selected this particular option of one package plus the additional gift wrapping fee. Lo and behold, each item was slowly staggered and shipped along. This works out well if you unintentionally are gifting through C&B for Hanukkah, otherwise, reconsider your online merchant options.

PS I did tell the customer rep at C&B about this matter, as I have ordered thousands of dollars of merchandise in the past; she could not have been more dismissive towards me. Too bad for them.
