Customer service very unhelpful seemed irritated to speak with customer
I had had a lockset that had a corroded piece. I was sent a replacement piece
That did not fit. Customer service insisted the part would fit. Three different
Knowledgable people tried and were unable to repair lock. Customer services's
Attitude was it was not their problem

Baldwin guarantees are worthless and their company has terrible service representatives
