Fannie mae forcing buyers to pay Fannie Mae Closing costs

Fannie Mae is forcing all buyers of its properties to pay not only the buyers costs but also ALL of Fannie Mae's cost. It is ludicrous. Someone should do something about this. NO other bank or GSE forces buyers to pay seller closing costs.
