Latest Victim of Colonial Warranty Company misconduct

My sincere advices just avoid them. They are thieves called them on 12/22 for my Gas Range which went in the shutoff mode with no way to open the door or use the control panel as the screen went blank. Also we reported we are smelling something, like I know now they don't operate on weekends and wasn't able to send a contractor on time but they readily get ready for me to hire my own contractor. Now when my contractor is saying the whole unit has to be replaced, colonial claiming that it was oven latch issue and only cover 80$ rest all is secondary issue so no replacement for my 2200 Kenmore Elite Slide in Gas Range. Worst experience and I am going to cancel my association with them
