This so called police man, likes to write his own laws. He will take a report, "are you SURE you want to file this" knowing he will play turn the tables on you.
He failed to arrest an individual who had an outstanding warrant. (In a town of under 10000,) when he knew where she was living.
He wrote his false report, knowing it was siding with a former employee.
Biased, crooked, needs to get out of the job.
He was a state police wanna be, and together they decide who things will be written.
He shames the dept. He also, thinks he does not have to provide police reports.
He wouldnt give it up knowing the garbage he wrote in it was false.
We dont need lawbreakers like this.
ANyone I talk to in Cheboygan agrees, he is a problem. The lawyers all in it with him wont go agsint them.in return special favors.
