So long story short, I own a very small business and after relentless calls from the BBB succumbed to becoming a member. It was fine until I had a complaint filed against me from a guy who seemed to think I was at fault for a key I had made for his wife in an emergency. She was stuck at a ski resort 100 miles from town and I was the only option. After making the key she drove home. The next day the ignition did not work. I was genuinely worried. I offered to drive to them and resolve the situation but was met with hesitation. I returned their money... They chose to take it to the dealership and were told all locks on the car needed to be replaced which is not true as I do the lock work for my local dealership carrying this model of car. After being strong armed into paying this guy more money after I returned his money I was given an F rating, revoked and the BBB claims this is unresolved.
