I am reporting this so you as a consumer can protect yourself against people like Brian Rae

This is what happened in my own words I first met Brian Rae last summer of 2011 I had a project putting up a pole barn for a customer near his campground Nebraska weather was not kind to us we originally rented the cabin for a few weeks but due to the bad weather we had to stay awhile The customer put down black dirt before we arrived and every time it rained we, and our equipment were up to our knees in mud, so we had to wait a week, sometimes a couple of weeks to dry out. We got the building up when a big wind came and tore it down, so we put it up again and tried to make as many adjustments as necessary, this put us behind schedule on our next customers.

The whole time Brian was watching us and questioning our children behind our back. He found out the name of our company and what we did, I think he was jealous of the work we did. I know he hated my husband, not sure why, I wish he would just tell us what we did for him to hate us this much. At every turn he claimed we did something wrong, he claimed we stole a hand weight, like the exercise ones and when he found it, he did apologize for accusing us of it. Then he said we stole the toilet paper roller, and then we stole ice, etc. It was always something. We found him listening to our conversations on the other side of the door sometimes and listening in to our phone conversations. He would yell at us about using toilet paper.

Later I found out a lot more than I needed to. After 4 months of fighting the weather we left Nebraska and moved on to other projects, when we left he claimed we stole the microwave, not true. The customer had $8,000 left on his contract and he had a 90% finished building. We tried to resolve this but the customer was contacted by Brian and Brian went out of his way to make sure we could not work things out. I really liked Mike, He is a great guy despite what he says about us. I guess sometimes you meet people whom you really like but they just cannot see the good in you, after someone fills their head with lies.

It really hurt my feeling when I found out mike posted the rip off report about our company and I also found out Brian was going on Ag talk and posting about my company using mikes name. Posting his phone number and contact info, he also posted craigslist ads about how we were putting up buildings in Pierre SD and they were falling down, not true, never had buildings in Pierre, Well the best is saved for last, I guess. Brian decided to call me one day, I have the message saved on my phone, he said he was going to ruin my name and my company and he did.

He called the police and he tracked my Facebook He found out all my customers names and called them to tell them all the horror stories about us, not true, but he tried to make them true. You see, when he called my customers it created doubt in their mind as to weather they were going to be hurt and that created mistrust, so they started to cancel their projects and so on, so when they did that he called the attorney general and reported we were not following through on our contracts. Which we couldn't do to the fact that after he got a hold of the cops they called my suppliers and made them stop doing business with us, so he and the police department interrupted the contracts from being completed. All the while using the information to trash me some more on the internet.

He even scared one customer so much he pulled a gun on us during a delivery, I never charged this customer for an illegal action, I figured Brian was behind it. I found out that the whole time he was even in contact with one of my employees and my truck driver and getting information that way, anything he could use against me. I refrained from putting anything about this on the internet before this and have tried to turn the other cheek but I can no longer keep silent I Loved doing this job up until now, I truly liked the customers and loved to talk to them before he got a hold of them, they no longer see me as a real person, They are great people and I wish they would of never got in the middle of this.

So if you read anything on the internet about us you will know what happened Take it for what you will I wish someone was on my side and could hear what I have to say for a change. This has hit me pretty hard and I cry almost every night, thanks Brian, I have often thought of killing myself to get it over with and get rid of the pain he has caused, I think my kids would be better off without me, then they would never hear of all the bad stuff and lies he has told, then this would all go away and they could move on. I am sure Brian will post a rebuttal on here, so you can believe what you want about this, He has claimed lots of things about us, some true but mostly not true. My husband did have a 20 year old probation violation he did not know about, so that was true, as for everything else not true.

I hope one day that he will get what he deserves
I hope one day I can feel good about my life again
I hope one day my kids won't read this and feel ashamed of being a part of my life
I hope God will forgive me for NOT turning the other cheek
