I work for them 3 months they hold my first week and past 2 months and i still fighting for the week to get paid back and i got no answer from no one, she just said that they never hold aweek from no

I worked for a company for 3 months they kept my first week which i never got back, i keep sending e mail to the owner with no answer, she just said that she did not hold a week for employees, i started with the company and i took me 2 week to get the first pay check and she is not holding a week. That it a ripoff for people that work hard, i left the company in goodstanding to get my week back, i went the dept of labor as well to find out and she wont even care.
