Rich Eastman Breaking every contract

When I and my mother first moved into the mobile home community where Rich Eastman managed, I felt safe and comfortable. He seemed like a nice man, helping us with the financing of our new home and almost putting himself out of his way to make us happy. After we signed the contract for the home, we had asked him to clean it and have it move in ready within 30 days per contract.

After 30 days, when we came over to unload the first load of our furniture, the mobile home was still dirty as my mother and I had seen it when we first viewed it. There was dirt everywhere, bubbles in the linoleum flooring and carpet, no water with a major water leak (which we had to pay for the months of January to March, we moved in at the last week of March), no covers for the electrical sockets, and no fire alarms set up. We sent in our complaints to Rich, but he proceeded to take 3 months to finally get our home even safe to live in, and so that we can get homeowner's insurance on it. After at least 4 months, Rich finally managed to get our pipes wrapped for winter and they are still done wrong.

And even hearing from the other neighbors, we were not the only ones whom he had broken contracts with. Many of the other residents within the mobile home have also poor homes that he is selling, some of them from FEMA. Also, he has shown favoritism toward some of the residents as evidence of one of his tenants getting pregnant by him.
