The FOC deducts the full amount from my exhusband's paycheck every two weeks, but my checks are disbursed randomly and often in partial amounts.
Groceries become minimal and clothing becomes out of the question for weeks on end!
Billboards are up all over Wayne County about paying child support and the suffering of children. What is the County's real agenda?
Where does the money go? Definitely not in my pocket when it is supposed to!!
