Scam to offer goverment grant

Was called-up and stated my offer have been authorized and inorder to receive my comfermation quantity, I'd to pay for a 3.87 cost from bank card etc. And also to search for thier mail comfermation site in my own current email address and react 24 hours later, which was 3/30, no mail and that I need them to reemberse me and never get billed every other costs of course if there's a period framework regarding which might choose. Out I'm not recieving such updates, like e-mail links or site data etc.

Somebody must examine this so-called organization and record them-and have this-not occur to individuals who need aid especially these crisis whilst the econimy is, if ther can be an opt. Out signal of course if this really is it, 112550, than I'd like out
