Unauthorized transaction

I requested a disc with offer info for $2.29 (delivery cost) and my creditcard was billed $39.95 in unauthorized charges. I named the organization plus they stated that used to donot stop my purchase prior to the test period ended. The e-mail bill that i obtained from their store suggests nothing about eliminating my purchase or I'll get additional costs. They explained I'd be charged additional costs for additional providers and that I told them I needed a reimbursement and nothing else billed. They claimed they mightnot do this.
