There is no room for error if you are a minority. On the other hand you will find many caucasians making the same error you made and discover that they are still employed. Hmmmm... What's wrong with that picture? As far as the city, it gets no better. They are MAD that Ridgecrest is getting a little bit integrated. This can be a very uncomfortable place for someone who is a minority and have no family nearby.
