Customer Service Complaint

Driver license was renewed at DMV location office. I was issued a temporary paper license for 3 months. On calling DMV, was advised that renewal status was on pending for verification reasons. No notice was sent out to me to advise of pending status. Phone call made to dept at 11.50am 1/4, where representative on phone was unsympathetic and hung up on me mid call. Issue is unresolved, and no phone call back from rep even though the fault was theirs.
