Renewal of my Drivers License

I went in to fill out the application to renew my license before it expired and I had misplaced my license and needed a print out of my original. I marked the little box regarding: Medical Conditions, (Which has not caused any problem ever in 20 yrs.) This started a whole other process. I have cooperated fully by going to my doctor & went to the appointment at The Driver Safety Office in Irvine, CA. I was treated like a Criminal being put through a hearing as if something had gone wrong, horribly wrong. I was asked to discuss very personal issues. I was also recorded. When my appointment was over I was told I should take a Art class in school. I was interviewed by officer French. They have taken way too long, screwed with my life and leaving me practically homeless due to trying to renew my license. I have informed the Irvine Police Dept. And I have tried to call the Driver Safety Office since and one of the employees by the name of Ms. Cheryl? (spelling of name) has been there 20 yrs. And I don't know how. She is not concerned at all with how slow they're or how they're affecting peoples lives. She sounds very mental. I was informed that they have approximately 48hrs. From the time of your appointment to down load info to the DMV to approve and send you your license. I am shocked at how unprofessional and harassive the DMV can be.By the way, when this all started I got harassed by the Santa Ana Police Dept. And I feel set up by someone due to Inheritance Fraud or possibly a mexican family that I was temporarily living with n Santa Ana. They screwed with my car on the property where they live.
