Change ending date and time

We've been buying for decades from government liquidation and before the drms. The issue we're having using the government liquidation company is they change the ending dates and not simply time to power up bid costs. We've lost many things unsure they added extra day or two to market. I believe that will not be granted, why post a start and end date and change it while auction is happening. It stinks!
