Misrepresentation, bared from bidding after canceling credit card on them for bait and switch

Government liquidation shhould not be allowed to do business as a representative for goverment surplus. The drms (our government) should be considered a majority partner in government liquidation contract to sell surplus. 80% of all proceeds are to be distributed to the drms which in my view makes the government a partner in an illegal contract that competes with private business (illegal). Government liquidation hides behind their terms and conditions to commit fraud, bait and switch as well as theft.
When the drms was in charge selling the merchandise directly it was an honest format that was fair to all that partipated. If there were problems they helped the customer, reimbursed for shortages.
The drms as a majority partner to government liquidation is just as guilty as government liquidation in this illegal and fraudulent contract to steal from the unsuspecting consumer.
I've been a victim of shortages misrepresentation and theft by government liquidation and our government the drms by this contract which is illegal.
Yet they continue to allow this behavior in the guise of a contract to a private/public company that treats its customers like scum with no brains. If me or you treated people like they do we would be locked in a jail cell or out of business. Yet the fraud continues. The government continues to use government liquidation as a front to compete with private business (illegally) with a contract that should be contested with a class action law suit.
