Traffic division No justice in Justice court. Pass the buck, takes no responsibility for fault

Spotless drive history. 1 ticket mishandled so badly by the court system causes me to lose my license.in spite of proof of meeting my fine obligation on time, and reports admitting over 14,000 people like myself being sent erroneous fines and/or bench warrants due to their inadeqate PC system and a physical move from one location to the now current location which caused a back up for months in records system.

I was going through a tramatic divorce/custody battle. My ex caused my having to delay payment of registration & insurance for a week. I had to go to work or lose my job. No way around, Had to chance it. Yes, It's my fault for ticket but but but, I did my part. I called the court as per instructions to be told the reduced fine amounts if Paid by given court date. I paid the designated fine amounts on time, Money order. 3 months later, I get 2 bench warrant letters & potential suspension of license for unpaid fine amounts that now are astronomical. Errors in spelling my last name, & ticket numbers on letters. As instructed, I showed proof of payment to judge, requested errors to be corrected, told all was OK.

6 months later, I discover my license is supended which now subjects me to 3 years inflated insurance premiums unfairly. I am not allowed to see a judge more than the one time.

Who do you get to help then? I am a single mom who is a teacher that now takes the bus and has for 5 years because I cannot get any justice from the justice court. I discovered accidently on a state bar website a news release stating what I had long suspected above regarding PC & physical move but no one bothered to admit such.

There should never have been a suspension of license but in order to rectify, I have to get a letter from justice court reinstating/reversing action that has to be sent to state capital, Carson City. Then DMV can take off my record what should have never been. I can't get court administator to assist. Why is there no justice? I lost primary custody because of lack of transportation. I've lost job opportunities. And much more! I don't deserve this for the one occurance and doing my diligence but the court system failing to do theirs. Does Equal Opportunity Rights, Section 1893 mean anything anymore?
