FSDU Paid Child Support, they cash the check, post to the wrong account, my ex-wife can't pay rent

I settled child support through Their State Disbursement System on July 28. The check seemed banked on July 3rd.By July 12 my ex-wife didn't obtain the cash and it has to pay for over $150 in late-payment.

I called FSDU I talked to some person from the title LISA who speaks having a poor perspective and explained that they can study and it'll consider 10 business days. I stated isn't appropriate and he or she claims there is nothing I will do. I mentioned I do want to keep in touch with a boss. She stated they will react in 24 hours. I mentioned isn't appropriate. Is Friday and my ex wife needs to pay rent. Our ex nd my children do not have to undergo this garbage.

After 3 successive calls by which I had been acquiring increasingly more upset due to the disrespect of the clecrks and denial-of aid, a girl from the title Lakshawn responded and questioned me for more in depth details about the check. She was good and discovered the sign in the machine very quickly. She explained that she delivered the info for that reimbursement and needed care of it. HOWEVER, the cash won't be accessible prior to the next 10 business days.
