A fraud

I obtained a phone today informing me that I had been provided a $5000.00 in the U.S. Government to be a pleasant man. They stated a study was finished last Dec and 1700 americans were chosen to get these awards. Our fisrt red-flag was they might hardly speak language. They'd all my info and offered me a verification number along side another telephone numbert that I've to contact asap and have to get a Jessica henderson. I named the amount also it seem like a callcenter. The woman (Jessican Herderson) could not speak english too. Following a nice point I had been informed the only means I really could get my cash was to visit a european marriage and deliver them $190.00 plus they woul;n deliver me my $5000.00 straight back. After I told them they were a fraud, they put up instantly. Please don't drop for this. I've never had the U.S. Gevernment provide me something, they've usually obtained cash from me.
