Nobody Answer Phones

Today they just deposit $16.00 in my EBT card when they suposse to Dep.$200,00. I'm calling and calling and nobody anwser the phone. The information in the web site is stating that I'm elegible for food stamp benefits. I loss my job, and i'm depending on them in order to eat $16.00? If i would it commit a crime or a fraud the FBI would it be arrest it me in 5 minutes. This is no RYT... Please if someone can help me on this situation. I always have paid my taxes and they have used my money to help others. Why they don't helping ME NOW?
