I'm a citizen that's Unemployment appearing out of every check I receive money, and that I get dismissed from the work due to An Urgent Situation Scenario with my child. They refused me unemployment benefits as a result of this. Therefore, what's Ga. Dept. Of Job stating towards the parents that function, the only moms that work and also have children and also the individual dads that work and also have kids? When An Urgent Situation pops up with this children - OUR CHILDREN - OF COURSE IF WE GET FIRED BECAUSE WE'D TO MISS WORK AS A RESULT OF THIS CRISIS THAT ANY AND EVERY COMPANY MAY FIRE US AND GA. Dept of labor can refuse us advantages? Truly? I wonder how many employees in the north fulton ga. Department. Of labor has kids and when they'd to miss any work due to sick children, crisis using their children? If that's the case, does which means that they weren't following a attendance policy and may they be fired and denied benefits also? What? I'm in the centre of requesting my 2nd settlement hearing because this isn't constitutional - this violates work laws! I'll see this towards the very, very end even when i've to visit route 2 information, monk five information, employ an attorney or whatever i might have to do!
